REI is a field-driven nonprofit. This means our work is driven by the needs and opportunities in the field, overseas.
Our U.S. based headquarters' team includes a small staff committed to supporting field staff and meeting needs of nationals in our REI countries.
REI's president, assisted by a Leadership Team, leads the organization under the overall direction of a Board of Directors.
