The REI apprenticeship is a unique opportunity for a two-year post-graduate placement that can lead to long-term service overseas. You'll refine your professional skills, putting to use your degree that you recently earned. At the same time, you'll grow personally, pushing yourself outside your comfort zone by immersing yourself into a new community, language, and culture. You will work hand-in-hand with your teammates and locals and be mentored by your country leaders. As they invest in you, you in turn invest in others, living out our mission of building people to build nations. Use your degree overseas, develop friendships with others, and bring personal hope to the nations.

All staff are supervised by a seasoned country leader and are trained, both before and on the field, in a variety of areas including language skills, cross-cultural skills, professional skills, and fundraising skills.
