A Note from Tim
2026 has started off with a full schedule of short-term professional teams, including a brand new one headed to Indonesia. But many of these trips include the usual, annual trips you're accustomed to seeing on the list.

Currently, three teams to Vietnam - Nursing, Business and Medical - are taking place in March. The Business teams that will be going to Kazakhstan and Indonesia are making their final preparations to hit the field in April. We are excited and looking forward to how each one of these teams will impact not only those in the field they're going to serve, but also how each team participant will be grown and stretched through the experience.

Director of Short-Term Professional Teams & Exchange Fellowships

It's our hope with the stories of impact in each of these Quarterly Exchange newsletters you will continue to be inspired. Tai Toon shares how his experience at Kazakh-American Free University in Oskemen deeply impressed him – the KAFU students and faculty look forward to his return just as much as he does. And, it's always a privilege to hear directly from exchange fellows who have had the opportunity to visit the U.S. and return to their home country with new skills and insight.

As always, we deeply appreciate your participation and investment with these valuable REI programs that continue to help us in our mission to build people to build nations.
