At REI we believe in holistic transformation. You’ll train and mentor local professionals, build deep relationships and invest in people who will go on to positively impact others. You won’t do it alone – our experienced team leaders provide ongoing support, and you’ll receive comprehensive training in language, culture, professional development and fundraising prior to and during your length of service with REI. ​
